When I travel through Berks county Pa, I like to go through down town Reading Pa and get some Empanadas etc...I have eaten many types of empanadas from Miami to Philly, from Cuban to Columbian and all points in between. In Reading I get my Beef Cheese Empanadas from PABAVANY FOOD MARKET. They are well seasoned, fresh and around $1.50 an empanada. You can expect pretty much the same here as you would expect from any inner city latin Grocery/convenience/food-mart/bodega.
