Starbucks - Town of Queensbury

I got a nice mint tea a little sugar to make it sweet and some time to relax.

I visited this Starbucks on Sunday morning. Although I'm not from the area, this was my third time stopping by. I ordered two complicated drinks through the mobile app, and they were already prepared by the time I arrived. They had a well-organized queue for mobile orders. While it can be challenging to get the drinks just right, the ones I received were flawless in both taste and presentation. The location was quite busy, but I have to commend the team; despite the crowd, they were clearly focused, cheerful, and worked seamlessly together. It was evident to me that this store is managed exceptionally well, and the hardworking partners are dedicated to realizing this vision. I definitely plan to return!

I frequently stop by this Starbucks location, and I always find the staff to be enthusiastic and friendly, making the wait for my order (in the drive-thru) much more enjoyable. Although the drive-thru line is often long, it moves quickly about 99% of the time. I once had an issue with an order, but since I was on my way to work, I couldn't go inside to resolve it. However, the online customer service was very helpful and issued a refund, so I'm back to get a replacement.

Dale not only remembered our coffee orders without us having to say a word, but he also anticipated our preferences perfectly after weeks of practice and trial and error. He makes the best coffee, and we are truly impressed by his hard work and dedication. Our visits here are definitely worth it because of him. 10/10!
