Pontillo's Pizza Penfield

Pontillos has changed a lot over the years and not for the better. Pizza was below average, menu limited.

I grew up in Rochester and have had pizza from pretty much everywhere. I don't know how they do it, but the slices specifically at the Penfield Pontillo's are always top notch. If you're in the mood for a quality NY slice... save yourself the trial and error and just come here for the best

Amazing customer service and great tasting food and the owner is really nice

Since the new management I am impressed with the mom and pops feel of the shop, the time and quality put into the food and the politely excellent service. Chains tend to treat you like cattle when they say they treat you like family. You want family oriented service? This is the spot!

The pizzas the best, the wings are cooked to perfection, the staff are super nice, and always wearing gloves.
