Pub N' Prime - Town of Newbold

We had a wonderful time this weekend at Pub's Prime. The bread and soup salad bar were incredible—absolutely delicious! We enjoyed drinks, shared laughs, and had a fantastic time overall. The Prime Rib was unforgettable, and I also tried the broasted chicken and ribs. We capped off our perfect evening with after-dinner drinks and the most delightful Carrot Cake! Thank you to Bob Ohde, Dee, and the lovely staff at St. Germain Pub'n Prime!

We decided to arrive early since we all wanted drinks before dinner, but upon our arrival, we were told it would be about a 20-minute wait. We ordered drinks from the bartender, who was incredibly unfriendly, and the cocktails ended up being the worst I’ve ever tasted—clearly a bad start. After a half hour, we were told it would be another hour and a half wait to be seated, all while multiple other groups were taken in before us. It’s worth mentioning that we had children with us who do not handle waiting well, which was one of the reasons we called ahead. After the rude bartender spoke to my daughter in an unkind manner about the long wait, I intervened. Unfortunately, her response was immediately defensive, which led to a heated exchange between us. This upset both my family and me, especially since I was trying to request the manager or owner. Before I could talk to anyone, my son had to physically pull me away from the situation, and when I tried to go back inside, I found the door was locked. What does that say about the establishment?

This is the best prime rib I've ever had! It was hand-trimmed and had no fat at all. Our waiter, Jim, was extremely attentive, and our cocktails were always filled.

The ribs are the unsung hero of the menu. Best ribs ever, fall off the bone tender. Juicy and full of flavor, perfect barbecue sauce. Combined with the soup and salad bar makes for a perfect meal. Must have for the rib lover in you!

The new restaurant was amazing! Cant believe that this is the same building (Most of it) Literally, everything has been updated. Staff, Food, Dining experience all fantastic! My new favorite restaurant.
