I've encountered him a few times and it's always the same. dude moves so slow and seems to never have any idea what he's doing at any given time. he takes 10 minutes to make one sandwich because he keeps getting distracted or messing with stuff and having to go wash his hands and change his gloves. every time I get to checkout he asks me to tell him what he just made. bro what
Terrible experience last 3 visits. Unthawed veggie patties. Wrongly packed order. Extreme slow and sluggish. Among other issues.
I have a disability. I wasn't trained properly and was fired after working 6 days for subway. Now I see why the turn over rate is so high.
So nothing against the two employees that were there, she did inform of a big online order. So the fact the amount of subs they had to make was alot.. so one couldn't take my order while the other worked on the online one? I wasn't about to wait for all those subs to be made. They could of had split then gone back to work on the online. Wasn't about to stand there and wait 10 mins.
I ordered online, and arrived at the store a few minutes later. The staff was finishing up the order as I walked in the door. They were very friendly, and the subs were perfect. The store itself was clean and tidy. The location is an easy stop from I-87. Highly recommend!
