Lobster Roll - Town of East Hampton

We started with a shrimp cocktail as an appetizer. The seafood here is incredibly fresh and of excellent quality. The cocktail sauce was just right—not too much horseradish or anything overwhelming. For our main course, we ordered the lobster rolls, which are their specialty, and I can certainly understand why. For something so simple, it was absolutely AMAZING. They generously piled lobster salad onto a toasted potato hotdog bun that was practically overflowing with lobster. Many places skimp on the meat by adding fillers and too much mayo, but here they did just the opposite. They used the ideal amount of mayo, celery, and seasoning, allowing the natural flavor of the lobster to shine. On the side, we were served a pickle and their special coleslaw. I'm usually not a fan of coleslaw, but I decided to give it a try, and I couldn't stop eating it! It was so delicious that it completely changed my mind. Everyone needs to experience this place!

I had a terrible experience dining at Lobster Roll and unfortunately got food poisoning. I strongly advise against eating here. The restaurant was unsanitary and infested with insects. The service was quite disappointing; our server was incredibly rude. To top it off, the food was just terrible!

This is, without a doubt, the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. The food was grossly undercooked, our server was unfriendly and irritable, and I spotted a cockroach crawling on the floor. This prompted my wife and me to get up and leave immediately. I strongly advise against risking a visit here!
