Town Country - Town of Alden

Former employee here. Worked there for 2 weeks maybe. I couldn't handle it. The cooks smoke cigs in the kitchen along WITH the owner. Also have heard the owner make some really Pervy comments towards the female works. How the health board hasn't shut them down is BEYOND me. Gross.....

This place seems like a cute mom pop place, unfortunately the food doesn't represent a home like feel. Everything tastes frozen and flavorless. I've came here multiple times and unfortunately it never got better. It's sad to say because there's not many places left like this in the area. I had an omelette that should of been filled with veggies, instead it was flat like a frittata. The restaurant smelled funny and the server wasn't warm or inviting. Unfortunately I won't be back, but wish this place the best.

I have been here twice now- last time our entire cast came here between shows- about 30 people and this joint worked their butts off to take care of us! Tonight I was hear with my producer friend and Kym was our waitress- what a joy she is. Kym suggested I have the special- short ribs and mashed. OMG it was beyond delicious! See photo! To me this place is about home cooking and I look forward to coming back again!

I cant believe this place had a full parking lot...food looked like absolute s#%t and was barley room temp. We were super hungry so we choked it down while our server didnt come by once to see how we were doing. I certainly would have told her how awful it was. We tip well and are big on mom and pop shops but when the service is terrible and the food is worse, that's a big ol NEVER going back. First and last time. Don't waste your time or money.

We had a seafoid platter on a Friday. It was way over cooked. More like cement. The shrimp were cooked so much they were hard burnt bread. The fish I could not cut because it was so dry and hard. The waitress never showed up again. Had to go get her for the bill. She never asked how it was. I think she knew. This place SUCKS ! Avoid it like the plaque !!!!! It's been over a year since this happened. My wife and I went in there at least twice a week. I figure they have lost out on 4000 dollars in business. NOT TO BRIGHT !!!!!!!! That waitress should be fired !!!!!!!!!!
