Apparently the chef 's vegetables side is irreplaceable. I wondered why until I got my food. It 's just broccoli and carrots that probably came from a frozen bag. I went on a Thursday and had the native buffet. Super fun experience. I have never had mutton ribs before and didn't expect them to taste like my moms lamb chops only more tender. The fry bread was delicious and the corn was great. The prime rib was a little dry and not so great. But when I went to a native buffet I wasn't really planning on eating prime rib anyway. My friends ordered off the regular menu and I tried the chicken (super good too). I'll be back!
