Dome of mousse made from Dambert. We no longer smell the pear. And by force the dome is sickening. Overcooked can. and crispy carrot because it chars..... ... I have just given you your answer. Madam... take a good look at the 2 carrot dishes. In fact, I don't suppose it was disgusting. Yes?... too heavy... in a box or not it won't stay only button mushrooms md...and not chanterelles..... and no I didn't say anything because it was good.... learn to read between the lines.
