The quality of food is really excellent, with a full range of flavors and colors in the food, and the service was quite friendly, even if they do not fully speak in English.We just dropped by, without a reservation, and we were lucky to get a table. The food, really excellent.
We went to eat around 8.30 on a Wednesday and the place was full. We opted to sit outside as it was warm. We went for the menu at 23 euros -salmon with orange and honey, followed by the entrecôte. The starter was good and fairly copious but no sign of the orange nor the honey. The entrecôte aux échalotes was very tender and tasty. The wine, a Madiran, was very good too.For dessert, there was no soupe de fruits rouges, but the young smiley waitress proposed a café gourmande which we accepted and it was very good. All in all, a great discovery and I will certainly return.
The food was wonderful and the place was cosy. The chef must have some great skills. It was a lovely dinning experience.
We've eaten at this restaurant three times and we haven't been disappointed yet. The food is traditional but very tasty, the servers are polite and pleasant, and the prices are very reasonable.
A small, modern restaurant with a well-executed bistro menu, with emphasis on grilled and roasted meats. Everything we ordered was freshly prepared and elegantly presented. The portions are generous. Very good beef and veal and desserts. Reasonably priced wine list.Certainly the best restaurant I have tried in Saint-Cyprien.
