Located in the heart of the famous MIN de Toulouse is a small restaurant jewel. Soft music, decorated with a blend of elegance and sobriety and open kitchen. Our taste buds were able to enjoy fresh and local products skillfully prepared and presented. From entry to dessert, we didn't leave a miette. Even filled, I already wanted to come back... Thanks to Camille and Fabien for this very good dinner, another 5 out of 5, it’s a Chef’s cuisine, with good fresh products, all the dishes make want, it’s hard to choose, we come back and every time it changes at the market and every time it’s very good, I recommend this restaurant, this small team makes very good work and deserves to make a small effort to move in this atypical place the MIN
