Le Hwaban est vraiment mon restaurant préféré. J'y mange régulièrement. Non seulement la cuisine est délicieuse mais elle est également très bien adaptée aux végétariens. Le service est impeccable, les serveurs prennent toujours le temps de nous conseiller sur la meilleure façon de manger notre plat, ou de nous demander si tout va bien. I tried the Yeosu bibimbap, which was very good with its spicy but not spicy sauce. For dessert I really liked the yuzu cheesecake. Downside: the hotteok pancake was too dry to be eaten alone and would have benefited from a coulis or whipped cream. Good service and pleasant indoor air conditioning. I've been a client of Hwaban for three years and I've always been extremely satisfied by the quality, the taste and the level of service they provide! The dolseot bibimbap is something you can't find anywhere else in Toulouse : a hot stone bowl that makes the bibimpap rice super crispy! Truly delicious and unique. And their new chikin recipe is even crispier and tastier than before (and it was great to begin with! . Tasty home-made desserts, my favorite has always been the hotteok Unlike other reviews, I find this to be quite authentic Korean cuisine, with homemade kimchi and spice mixes which you don't find in other places. Some recipes may not please the typical French palate, but this is to be expected by a Korean restaurant. Just talk to the team, they will recommend something you'll like! The staff is always welcoming and warm, and it is one of the better dining experiences I've had in France. Thank you for the years of good service and looking forward to coming back again and again!
