Desert King Resort - Toulouges

Nice hospitality, service and food. Includes breakfast, lunch and dinner. Rooms are spacious, and well maintained. Its little away, about 20 kms, from white Rann but more cheaper than tent city and resorts.

Located near Hodka on the road to the White Desert, this resort is in a perfect location. The property is clean with trees and a well-developed garden, providing great Desi hospitality. The owner, Mr. Nirav Bhatt, is very helpful and will guide you throughout your stay. The staff is also very accommodating. The hotel offers almost every facility you could need, from good rooms to classical folk music and campfires. They even arrange star-gazing camps. The food is excellent, and the overall experience is awesome. I highly recommend this hotel to couples and families. You won't regret it, just be there. It's a true oasis in the desert.

We stayed here for two days one night during our visit to Rann of Kutch. It is located about 20 Kms before actual Rann, but is the best location to stay with much lower cost than staying in tent city at Dhordo. You can reach Rann of Kutch in 20 minutes. There are 10 Bhungas located nicely in a circular manner. Each Bhuga is very big in size with King or rather Jumbo bed and is very aesthetically decorated in a traditional Kutch art. The bathroom is very big room and clean. We had Lunch, afternoon tea, Dinner, morning tea and breakfast in their restaurant. Tea was tasty. The food is traditional Kutch style , simple but very tasty. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

One of the best bhungas in the area is located in White Runn. It is very peaceful and beautiful, and the breakfast and dinner served there are delicious. It feels like being at home with good hospitality.

This resort is the best resort which I have visited in Rann of Kutch. Bhungas are well maintained, spacious and luxurious. Location of resort is also awesome providing you peace and privacy too. Service and the food was the best part and with the good quality as well. I honestly recommend this resort if you are planning for Kutch tour.
