When we arrived for our reservation, they were closed!!!

We arrived at our reserved time only to discover that the restaurant was closed. It was frustrating to find out that the restaurant had not communicated their closure on their website or social media platforms, or on Open Table where we had made our reservation. We were very disappointed and will not be using Open Table for reservations in the future.

The restaurant was closed! Crazy New Year's Eve! No communication!

We booked for 7:00 on Saturday night. When we arrived there, the restaurant was closed. No call, e-mail or notification to let us know that they are closed. We were very disappointed with the lack of professionalism.
