Przekaż informację zwrotnąHad to wait an extra long time at the counter to have our order taken. Cashier wasn't rude but wasn't friendly either. The food was bad even for McDonald's. The McDouble had two patties that had obviously been left out for quite a while as they were dried out and hard. The kids had happy meals and they seemed to be ok. Otherwise it was regular McDonald's fare.
This is the worst example of McDonald 's. I 've had my last poor experience with this location. Today, 06/30/24, I placed a mobile order at 9:40 CST and when I arrived to the drive-thru window I was met by the so-called manager, (Mario). He stated that they, weren 't serving breakfast and to contact McDonald 's for a refund . **** poor service, lack of resources, nothing works from the drink machine, the shake machine, even the drive-thru kiosk has been down for almost a year. The owner should close this mess down or hire a real management crew.
There's always just one person working and most of them have very bad attitudes and they never get the order right.
Check your bags. Ordered Large Fries and they were half ways. Emplyees with bad attitude, dragging. Meat was cold dry
Only four employees working when my family stop by traveling from Florida on a charter bus. Everyone orders were coming back incorrect. The young man named Mario overcharged my eleven year old son card and I’m pissed off about that. We asked him several times for a receipt and he never provided it to me. I called the number on the receipt several times and it kept saying that the store was closed. Mind you I called after 7pm. They need to do better.
