Premier Inn Southampton West - Totton

Stayed here overnight for a family funeral in Romsey. Lovely clean, spacious room and only minutes from Test Valley Crematorium. Recommend Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

Not the best I have used premier Inns for years this is the first time I have been disappointed Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 4

Room was functional and clean but very warm. The breakfast room was absolutely heaving with families and young children, not ideal as I was there on my own for business so a very noisy breakfast experience. Don't attempt the Hungry Horse next door though. Filthy tables, barely any had been cleared of dirty plates and those that were cleared were sticky and disgusting. Had to be a McDonald's in the room instead! Shame. Rooms: 3

Our room didn't have air conditioning, despite being advertised as such, instead there was a pedestal fan which was ineffective. Breakfast was extremely busy with a 15 minute wait, and it turns out The Vine restaurant next door is a cheaper and less chaotic experience for breakfast. The Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms: 3 Service: 3
