Totowa Pizza

I spoke to a lady on the phone says she is the owner very rude person took my card info down for the order and charged me 8 dollar in delivery fee because I live in Paterson I said ok I gave her the card info and she kept saying I can cancel it if you like like no I never asked you to cancel it stop being rude customer service is poor hope their food isn't poor either.

My plain and pepperoni pies were both extremely burnt. normally i don?t mind when it?s slightly burnt, but this severely altered the flavor and my whole experience with the place.

We order lunch from them almost everyday everything taste amazing. Their staff is great too.

Very impressed with Totowa Pizza! I had my rehearsal dinner there. The food was great and the service was even greater. I absolutely recommend Totowa Pizza!

If i could give this place zero stars i would. WORST PLACE EVER! I called and ordered an italian hotdog. I asked a question which later after giving my address and phone number i find out they canceled my order after an hour of waiting with my autistic daughter which whom the hotdog was for. I call to see where my order is the first time it seemed as if once they knew who was calling they left the phone on the counter so i can hear them as they were clearly ignoring me. I call a second time, which a woman answers and tells me to go to shoprite for my hotdogs and that they canceled my order. Im honestly still in complete shock on how disgustingly i was treated and now I have an angry and hungry autistic toddler which now after waiting over an hr i have to find another solution. I will never recommend or give this place any business.
