Subs are great. the employees need more training for customer service. even if they order for collection, they order a day in advance because they take forever.

This is the nearest Firehouse Sub, which means anytime I'm in the area, it's a must to stop by. Love the Steamer.With that said, you will find that you aren't especially welcomed by the staff. I understand they are working to get the boxes ready and may be short staffed, but a simple hello would give you reason to spend $25 or more at this location. I believe the gentleman with his nose hanging out of his mask uttered about 8 words. What do you want was half of the words.Yeah...No!

Half decent sandwiches, but everything else was mediocre. Salad was unimpressive and the pickle far from fresh. The restaurant was empty, and I’m sure there’s a reason why.
