Great selection of toppings and hot fudge sundae was delicious

Never a dissapointment. Outstanding ice cream and options for each. Been going there since I was a kid.

Always happy with my experience here. Not overpriced like the one in Avon. They give a nice size portion as well!

I went in for Sunday brunch and am glad I did. I was greeted by friendly, smiling faces who share my love of ice cream. The ice cream was as perfect as I had remembered after having not been to a Carvel in quite a while. You owe it to yourself to have such an experience.

For the second time in one month I went to Carvel for a Sundae. Same Sundae I always get. The first time one young girl started it, handed it to another young girl who did it incorrectly and when I asked for what I wanted, she basically threw the Reese's pieces at the sundae . Tonight all staff was so concerned about their friends, or the line of cars pulling in than attending to customers. I asked for my usual sundae to bring home. Hardly any ice cream...I ask for extra fudge and peanut butter sauce...hardly any at all. Maybe 10 Reese's pieces, very little whipped cream. All staff was distracted, chatting amongst themselves, very unattentive to customers. I have gone to this Carvel for years and this year it has been the worse ever.
