The owner is a Virgilio who accompanies dinner with anecdotes and perfect recommendations for wines. We chose to dine à la carte, but next time we will return to try one of the tasting itineraries.
I returned for the second time and did not regret it. Tables well arranged and distant. Very comfortable furnishings. This time too I took advice from the owner and had a wonderful dinner with a very tasty dish of pasta with pecorino and creamed broad beans, followed by an excellent cut cooked to perfection (i.e. almost raw). For side dish: baked potatoes cooked in their skin. Wine: a Barbera grown in Campania, Agricola Brama winery. Delicious dessert with meringue, licis, ginger and white chocolate. Another condiment, the pleasant company of the owner. I'm marking it as a favorite and will certainly return.
Refined cuisine, of the highest level and constantly updated. All accompanied by the incredible attention to detail of the host Antonio, who between a glass of wines from his cellar, jokes and culinary anecdotes, accompanies you on the journey you will experience when you come to this restaurant. A big thank you to Antonio for the great evening and congratulations again to the chefs for making it unforgettable.
Lacks little for the star and is certainly not for the kitchen or service. everything impeccable, revisiting classic dishes. wonderful desserts. right prices for quality. Good!
