Dom Gula - Torres Novas

We stopped in on a hot summer day, and the space was an oasis of cool. Our server has a wonderful sunny demeanor, and cheerfully worked to bridge our lack of a shared language. His english was far better than our portuguese, and we had fun together finding the right words. He helped us select a delicious wine produced nearby, then showed us to the case to explain the seafood available that day and how it could be prepared. We had terrific sardines and a cuttlefish dish, both of which were so skilfully prepared, an excellent example of simple yet perfectly on point. The sardines were accompanied by a salad with ripe tomatoes, roasted red peppers, and perfect onions, which was absolutely delicious.

Comida maravilhosa e atendimento excelente. Sem dúvida um sítio a regressar e muitas vezes ! Queremos experimentar todos os pratos !
