Very simple room and spartan environment, tables only outside. It is located in the center and the prepared food reflects the typical Salento. Proposed so much of sea and land, rich cutting boards of cheeses and cured meats, tasty fried that stands out for its “lightness”, superlative the first (also worthy of hand made pasta) and excellent the second, as well as the prices: not very small but competitive. Like every gastronomy you respect, you can buy a selection of the best typical products of Salento: the same homemade pasta used for the menu, taralli, frise, olives and other vegetables under oil, evo oil, wines and much more. Dry kitchen with abundant portions, raw materials as much as possible at km 0 to guarantee taste, authenticity and excellent quality. Absolutely recommended booking.
