Starbucks - Torrance

Upon entering to collect my online order an overwhelming rotten milk smell that was an unpleasant experience that caused me to be disgusted with my coffee, resulting in me unable to finish my drink.

Hot coffees, cold brews, microbrews, and pastries are good. Their fraps are consistently lacking any flavor. Every time I order one it literally TASTES LIKE ONLY ICE. Sadly because they are my local franchise I just gave up on ordering fraps entirely! Sad for me but good for my waistline, customer service is good. Haven't complained yet. Don't have the energy for it

The staff who work here are amazing! Love coming in to grab coffee or a snack.

So far so good! They have gotten it right each visit, and we come late at night.

Batista at the window was rude. Too overwhelmed I suppose.
