Starbucks inside Del Amo MallNot friendly after waiting 10 minutes she tell me it only take phone orders ?????????

I love my caramel macchiato from Starbucks Macys 3rd floor!!Clean cozy place, especially the person named Ms Mia is just wonderful!!She welcomes every clients with such a nice kind smile. She makes this place even brighter!! Thank you very much Ms Mia!!

Now that it's starting to get busy. They need to add more people at the register and making the drinks, because not only do they have customers purchasing but also mall

Was excited to have an iced coffee with the new nugget ice and realized later that the there was a bug frozen into the ice! I was grossed out after that and dumped my entire drink out! Talked to someone on chat and was able to get my refund.

I saw 3 employees talking and on their phone, so I asked if I can get a cup of hot water and she said no I have to wait in line. I don't understand if their are 3 girls just standing there and Starbucks doesn't charge for hot water ? I don't mind standing in line but the fact that you're just talking and can't give me a free cup of water ? If I can give 0 stars I would, GET IT TOGETHER STARBUCKS!
