I have the vegan miso ramen with a side kartoffel croquettes. they also had a spicy version and some other vegan sides. open too late!

My wife and I went them 3 days in order for their vegan rams. we don't get sharp and add a little sriracha. the fried tweeper is also really good. highly recommended!

I found this place online during the pandemic last year. my friend and I have ordered a trip out here a few times a month. I always get the vegan miso ramen and extra tofu. my friend always gets the vegan spicy Mistel-Ramen (they are not sweating when they say spicy.) the portions are huge and full! it is so tasteful and I love the way they cook their tofu. everything on the menu that is vegan is clearly marked. if you are looking for rammen in south bay, I recommend this restaurant.
