Pizza Hut - Torrance

My experience with this restaurant began with an online order for delivery. After waiting 40 minutes, I called in and was told my order was ready for carryout, not delivery. Upon picking up my food, I discovered a rotten chicken wing in my order, which made me sick to my stomach, especially since I had already given some to my 6-year-old. When I contacted the restaurant, the cashier showed zero empathy and only offered store credit or a new order. I declined and asked to speak to a manager, who turned out to be the same cashier who claimed to be the manager. Despite promises to follow up, I never received any confirmation of the conversation. I will be contacting the health inspection upon their return from the holidays.

First of all, the website is unusable. I tried to use it for half an hour and ended up calling in my order. I had a $25 gift card that the unfriendly counter staff couldn't get to work. They just kept sliding it, even though it didn't work. After suggesting they input the numbers, they finally did so after 20 minutes. I asked for some pepper flakes, but was told it would cost an additional $1.30. I suggested they compensate for the delay, but they refused. I won't be going back; Domino's down the street is just as good, cheaper, and their website actually works.

The service was quick. However, the pizza could have used more sauce. Overall, it was pretty tasty.

I was really hungry last night. I didn 't have a chance to eat all day. I went to Pizza Hut restaurant in Torrance.When I walked into the restaurant, oneyoung man greeted me with a smile.He said that they have a special for thelarge size pizza with one topping.I didn 't want a large size, but it would be cheaper to order a special large pizza than medium-sized pizza.He was friendly, and he helped me toselect my pizza. I ordered a special large cheese pizza to go.After that, when I tried to pay with a credit card, I wrote a tip for $2.00.And he asked me if I wrote $50 for the tip? Then, I looked carefully at whatI wrote for the tip. He was right. It did look like $50 instead of $2.00.I realized that he was joking about the tips. He was funny, and he had a sense of humor.Anyway, I had to wait for my order so Iwent outside for a while.When I went back to pick up my pizza,I gave him $5.00 for the tip. I told him, Here is your $50 for your tip. Then, I left the store.Later, I came home and tried my cheese pizza. When I opened the box, it was cheese stuffed pizza. It was cheesy, andtasty. I loved Pizza Hut stuffed cheese pizza. Also, the best customer service with a great sense of humor. ha ha ha!!!If you are pizza lovers , I would like to recommend this Pizza Hut restaurant to everyone.

Hidden service fee without explanation. No details of dollar value on each item. Cashier was very business-like attitude.
