Los Paisas - Torrance

We visited this restaurant for the first time and were really impressed. The setup is excellent, and our server, who was very friendly and entertaining, kept us laughing throughout our meal. They also have a private room available for events with 30 or more guests, along with a stage featuring good lighting and lovely Art Deco decor on the walls. I ordered the Ceviche on Tostadas Mixto, which came in two flavors: one with shrimp and red salsa, and the other mixed with green salsa. Both were absolutely delicious!

It's always a delight to dine here. I absolutely love the food. The waitstaff is consistently friendly, and their coffee is the best I've ever had. Everything is made fresh and cooked to order.

Our server was exceptionally attentive. He saw that we needed more chips and salsa and brought them over before we even had to ask. I can’t recall his name, but he was excellent. The food was amazing! We ordered one of the Azteca dishes, beef milanesa, and a wet burrito, and everything was fantastic. We will definitely return!

We have visited this restaurant several times, and it has always been outstanding—I would definitely recommend it. Their chips and salsa are amazing. However, during our most recent visit two days ago, I was surprised to see that one of the waitstaff wasn't wearing a mask. He was wearing a face shield, but it was propped up and not covering his face at all. I'm left wondering how the restaurant permits that.
