In-n-out Burger - Torrance

This restaurant is always extremely busy, and the line can feel dangerously long, starting on Carson Road. The lengthy wait times have led to several minor accidents with cars trying to turn around during the wait. Additionally, to make matters worse, the shakes here are among the worst in Los Angeles and Orange County. More often than not, the shakes are just soft serve ice cream poured into a cup.

My favorite order is the cheeseburger with extra salad, grilled onions, and cold cheese! When you order the cold cheese, you get to enjoy the cheese separately from the patty, which is such a great experience! So awesome!

The service here is excellent and the food is quite good. However, I have to take off one star for the very small dining area, which accommodates only around 8-10 people. I’ll also deduct another star for the outdoor restroom that requires a code, which you have to ask for at the register. While there's a nice open space outside that’s perfect for enjoying a beautiful day like today, the parking situation is quite cramped. It’s ideal for driving into the dunes. Additionally, there's no self-service soda machine. All these factors make the dining experience less enjoyable compared to other places.

Normally a good experience, but not today! waits slightly more than 30 minutes in the line (can be 12-13 cars). Once we got into the window, they asked if we wanted catsup? absolutely yes, please was our answer. as I run away, my passagier melts in the pockets and no catsup! how do I eat in n out fries without katsup! ruined eat. ruined at night!

Never had problems with this in n out til tonight, found a bolt/screw in my animal style fries. Still leaving 4 stars due to never having an issue here.
