I have two arm cast and struggled very hard to get their heavy doors open enough to put my foot in to give myself leverage to get the door open with my upper arm and slide my body and to pull the rest of the way in. As I was struggling I saw a woman (I learned later at her late her name is Alexis Laffnette, an apprentice) running across the room to help me. I was so grateful because pushing and pulling is extremely painful for the type of injury I have...when I got to the line the staff serving was also helpful. when I asked her to drain the beans she actually drained them the best she could instead of getting that only giving it a couple of quick shakes. I'm vegan and had heard that sometimes meat is dropped into the soy Fritos, that wasn't the case they were set away very nicely so cross-contamination wouldn't happen. I asked if they were spicy since I've never. Had them. Spicy is a subjective term, so Alexa jumped in and asked me if I would like to taste them, I'm glad she she did because they were spicy to me, I would've gotten home and then unable to eat them. My next question the corn salsa, they asked if I wanted to taste that. When I wasn't sure, She asked if I wanted to take some home, she would put some on the side. I have never experienced such friendly staff, I figured it was because I have two full arm cast, but either way it's nice to know that people are there to help people who are disabled whether temporary or permanently. When I got to the checkout line she instinctively handed me a bag put fork napkins and my bowl inside the bag and handed me the bag with a way to help me guide my castsed arm through the loops. She insisted she take care of my meal which was extremely polite but I declined as I don't think just because cast I should not pay for my meals. She insisted and she said she felt bad that I struggled with the door so much. This review is not in anyway reflective of the free meal that she gave me, this review is reflective of how much we need to be aware of people that need help. Weather obviously disabled, elderly, Young, or just struggling with a bad day. I'm not saying everybody should be given free stuff, but it doesn't hurt to help people when they need it. Over the past month of dealing with simple day-to-day tasks I realized that this world has a real lack of helping and caring for people in need. And quite frankly it made my day knowing that some people just want to help because that's the kind of person they are. Thank you Alexis for not only sparing me at any more excruciating pain from opening that door, but for making me smile and turning a very hard day into a good one. It's not often that you find people in the quick food service industry who genuinely care about what other people need. I'm writing this review using voice to text so that should tell you how much of an impact you had on me you are awesome, it's taking me forever! LOL your organization is Lucky to have you and I hope they appreciate you, not only a good employee but a great example of a human being. Note to Chipotle… You really should considering having handicap accessible doors I will say if I wasn't starving and I Nabel to eat at anything other than fast food restaurants, I would've seen those doors and walked away. That being vegan the options are slim as to places I can eat. With the experience I had, I will drive to 15 minutes to this chipotle as long as they see Alexis working behind the counter because I know she'll help me open the door! Lol well done Alexis… Keep up the good work, Alexis, it didn't go unnoticed, you're a rockstar!
Exactly what you would expect. Good food and really fast service. I appreciate the vegan options and the servings are big. Its convenient for my 30 minute lunch (and left overs for dinner) and under $10.00.
First time trying Chipotle, found out it's like Subway in that you pick what you want in your burrito. They do have other items on the menu but I went for a burrito. I had a beef burrito and it was good! I went on Halloween for the Boorito promotion and paid only $4 for it. I found out that it was a great deal as the same burrito would've been at least $8 $10. I might try them again.
I Highly Recommend this Chipotle.. This Chipotle has amazing wonderful service by constantly keeping clean as the line moves forward and greeting us nice professionally, while making sure the food being served is fresh. The store restrooms are clean. The environment is clean and not dangerous. They acknowledge appreciate our good feed back. Thank you all kindly for being wonderful, never stop shining God Bless
Over $7 for just one taco? You got me this time, but never again. Never again!
