Wendy's S Of Canada Inc - Toronto

I’m rarely compelled to leave reviews to places, especially negative ones. But the service at the drive thru tonight left me so angry, I have to say something. Whoever the woman who was helping with the drive thru on Monday, July 17th, at 10:30pm should NOT be working in customer service. I’ve never been scolded before for asking for the “wrong thing”. I was initially told there were 2 sizes for the “frosty-cinno” (small and large). I was never told there was a “summer size”. So when the total was almost double what the advertised price was, I simply asked what was up, and was snapped at and told “So you ordered the wrong thing? Yeah, that was on you, you ordered the wrong thing”. She had even kept repeating it as I drove up to grab the order. I have never left a drive thru so angry in my life.

Came around 4pm through drive thru and the lady was so rude and unwelcoming. She is also wearing acrylic nails with no gloves on.

I am a professional driver. I make deliveries across the Greater Toronto Area. Three or four days per week, I will stop at a Wendy's that is nearby to order lunch. Today, I found myself at the Wendy's location at 1002 Lawrence Avenue West. Although I placed my order on the cell phone app, FayDonna was my point of contact in the restaurant. I have never been as impressed with an employee of Wendy's as I was today. FayDonna communicated with her colleagues and kept me posted on the status of my order. I was there in the middle of the lunch rush and everyone was working really hard. FayDonna offered me a cup for a fountain drink as a way of apologizing for the slight, slight delay in my order. That made me feel like a valued customer. I would like to see FayDonna be promoted to a higher position. She embodies good customer service and would be fabulous as a trainer or manager. I will come back to this location in the future, even if it is slightly out of my way, just so that I can be served by FayDonna.

First time here with my two kids and husband. This may be the most dirty and unkempt Wendys location I’ve ever been to. I am not one to ever write reviews, usually only if I went somewhere with spectacular service etc. this was so bad it’s made me want to warn others. The food was subpar and the entire place was a mess. It looks like no one is on clean up. All the tables were sticky, highchairs as well. The floors were littered with dirty napkins and boxes. Won’t be returning here- really disappointing.

The new Cobb salad is surprisingly very good.I love the Orange Cream Soda, it tastes like a Creamsicle... Yum!
