The employees are so rude. It looks like they're being forced to work. I always ask them to chop the shrimp because I have a short lunch break and not proper cutlery. Last time, he refused to do it , and he said they don't do it at that place. I got annoyed because, yes, they do it. I would understand if it was busy, but it was not , like usually, was no one. I don't get surprised that place will close soon . ?
Ordered a chicken pad thai and it was the worst I’ve EVER tasted!
I placed an order on DoorDash for delivery for a beef pad Thai and paid for extra sauce on my food was delivered and I opened it it was dry drier than normal on top of that when I taste the food it was just bland no flavour no spices no seasonings at all completely disappointed because I know Thai express has really good flavours. I had to then walk over to the store and ask them to remake my order properly with some flavour and the extra sauce I paid for.
Avoid this place at all cost. The absolute most worst service I've ever encountered, food is terrible and the workers never even say hi to you or greet you, it's as if they don't want you there and its a burden now that you have to order and make them work...unreal.
