Tabule Middle Eastern Cuisine - Toronto

The food at this restaurant was delicious, and the service and ambiance were very pleasant. The prices were typical for Toronto (around $20-$30 for a main), but the portions were generous. However, the drink prices were on the expensive side ($15-$18 for a 5oz glass of wine and $21-$24 for an 8oz). Overall, the restaurant was charming and the food and service were excellent, but I wouldn't be willing to spend $80 again for half a starter, a glass of wine, and a main course.

I have been dining at different Tabule restaurants for several years now. They never fail to impress. The food is consistently delicious and amazing. Tabule is always a top choice for having dinner with friends.

My husband and I have been coming to this restaurant every year since our first date. The food is amazing (make sure to try the eggplant and cauliflower appetizers). The service is excellent, with many staff members having worked there for years. The atmosphere is cozy and elegant, and even when the restaurant is busy, you can still have a conversation without yelling. This is definitely one of our favorite places.

We were early diners and the place was more than half empty, however, were seated at the worst possible table by a hostess who maybe was having a bad day. But the server was super and more than made up for it. We usually go to the Yonge St location and happy to say the food and atmosphere were just as satisfying at Queen St. Would wholeheartedly return.

Food was all brought out immediately and all together, which made the dinner a little too fast and abrupt. I wish there was a little more attention paid to ambiance the lights were bright and it didn't feel like a cozy environment Food was good but I had hoped for a little more flavour in the Kefta and garlic shrimp.
