Service became a lot worse these months, did business ownership change?

The staff were polite and the service was excellent...good

Awful service do not even have bread made at lunch time. Cashier starts to argue with me when asked for manger’s name. Called manager he did not even care. Lost a customer. Go to the Malden subway much better customer service and the manger is awesome

Thank you to whoever helped me on Sat Sep 2) for preparing my same day catering order of 4 assorted platters ~60 4 inch subs). I called in the morning to place an order for dinner but quite suddenly had to pivot for lunch) and they were kind enough to complete my order in a timely manner. Order was placed efficiently with great recommendations). Pickup was smooth subs were labelled, packaged neatly, and tasted great! BIG thank you.

I’ve really enjoyed the new menu lately, my go to has been the suprimo on Italian bread. However today the bread was clearly a day old. It was crusty and hard. Huge disappointment as I bragged to my colleagues who joined me and our experience was poor. Try another location and bypass this store.
