Subway - Toronto

The service at this restaurant is extremely disappointing. If I could write a review without giving it any stars on Google, I would do so for this location. The staff and service are both below par when it comes to attending to customers. They seem to be rushing through making sandwiches, almost as if they don't want to be there and are only doing it because it's their job. During my visit, I ordered three foot-long sandwiches, but none of them were made according to my instructions and the veggies were placed incorrectly. If you value your money and expect quality food, I would recommend avoiding this location.

I was served by Maddy. She was enthusiastic, thorough and professional.She made up for the lack of the franchise.

I felt like I had to give this location a one-star review, but I had no choice. I ordered a footlong sandwich here, but the service I received from the girl working there was rude and unprofessional. I asked for extra veggies, but she refused, acting as if she was the one paying for the sandwich. She even added olives without my request. I will never return to this location and waste my money again.

The service was excellent and the food was delicious.

One of the best Subway locations I have ever visited! The food was up to standards the place was very clean and cozy! The staff was really friendly/ professional and up to standards! I highly recommend this location to anyone who’s looking to have an authentic subway experience.
