Starbucks - Toronto

I ordered a hazelnut latte with lite ice and there wasn’t even a drop of hazelnut syrup in it. And similarly for my friend she ordered an iced matcha latte and there was no flavour of matcha too. But i went back in and i think his name was Bryan he helped me out so I’m happy.

Drinks always made perfect, with awesome service. Shoutout to Ashley for being super awesome !

I think her name was Caroline, but I'm not 100% sure. But she was an incredible barista who took my order this afternoon for my birthday drink : she was incredibly friendly and sweet, and gave me a great recommendation for the strawberry coconut refresher. I loved it. 10/10!

I order a flat white all the time. It's my drink. I always ask for it warm. Not hot, not scalding hot, but warm. Lately it's been correct about 50% of the time.The milk tastes burned,like my tongue is right now.Also, pretty sure the flat white is not supposed to have any foam, and I've got 3/4 of an inch of foam.I'm so disappointed ?. Lots of money for a subpar product
