After the order I was so fortunate to see the ‘chef’ appear in the kitchen with a phone in her hand. The luck is that I saw her hands for at least 4 minutes. She swapped hands several times and never washed her hands. I hope its the same phone that she uses while sitting on the toilet. Thank you South st. Burger, I will make sure to never eat in your disgusting facility.

Customer service skills training is definitely needed at this restaurant! The man who prepares the burgers is incredibly friendly. He greets you with a smile and is very professional. However, the woman working with him lacks basic courtesy. She does not greet customers or smile and comes across as rude. When we asked for our burger to be cooked more, the man was accommodating, but she refused and rudely insisted that it couldn't be done. Despite her attitude, the man stepped in and offered to cook it longer. It's a shame that such poor customer service has to be endured at one of the few South Street Burger locations. Kudos to the male staff member for being very nice despite the lack of professionalism from his colleague.

The quality of this restaurant has declined since the onset of COVID-19. The ketchup is now watered down and the food tastes lackluster. I was expecting better from this chain.
