Great bubble tea joint with some snack options also. There aren't a lot of Asian desert options in the area so it's great to have this in the neighbourhood.

Dinner Saturday evening, Excellent food. Had the kabob dinner, very tasteful and a large part of the food for $19.95. I would seriously recommend if you like Persian food and it was very delicious. Friendly staff, small place, but cozy. I'll be here regularly. Impressive!!!

A small but exquisite restaurant with authentic Persian dishes. It was our first experience in this restaurant and we loved it. The staff was friendly, the service was fast, the food was freshly prepared with great taste and portions were generous. It is little expensive compared to other Persian restaurants, but with the amount and quality it is really worth. We were served with complementary chicken and lentil soups and salads. We ordered the rice with lamb shafts, chicken wing with frits, chicken breast with rice and Kobideh cabob. It was a great experience and we would definitely visit again and strongly recommend this place. Update: Been there the second time with same great service, quality food and amazing experience overall. I would highly recommend this place.

The food delivery is tedious, the package is vertically designed while the food should be landed on the floor of the box, so that the food was tipped, I called the restaurant the lady there was rude. A correct package can cost less than one dollar, but the damage to the brand costs a lot. If you don't care about your business reputation, why other people should take care of it.

I ate so much that I can hardly move. It was amazing and we had such a great time! The owner was very friendly and the service was excellent. Come back here.
