The atmosphere was peaceful and serene, adorned with elegant artwork on the walls. The menu offered a wide range of options catering to both vegetarians and meat enthusiasts in our group. The tables were spaced generously, allowing for private conversations. The soft dim lighting created a cozy ambiance for our gathering. We would certainly revisit this lovely dining establishment.
I had never tried Ethiopian food before and was unsure of what to order. However, the server recommended the Kitfo, which turned out to be a very interesting and spicy dish. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the ambiance of the restaurant was fantastic. (They also serve halal meat.)
We brought five friends to try Ethiopian cuisine for the first time and they all enjoyed it! The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the coffee was a highlight. Overall, it was a wonderful evening.
Our first time to taste Ethiopian food and to be honest, we were a little tired. And we're so glad we let it go! Great food, great and very courteous service. I am gluten intolerance and the cook personally came out to ensure that my...foods were met.
Never had Ethiopian food before and I did not know what to expect. The flavouring is very similar to that of East Indian food and full of very different flavours, in a good way. Not a fan of eating with my fingers so it would...have been nice to be offered eating utensils. If I'm expected to eat it's my hands then a clean moist towel would have been nice rather than me going downstairs to the washroom to wash up. I would try this place again knowing what I now know.
