The cafe offers indoor and outdoor seating, allowing customers to bring their pets. The menu is standard across all locations, but the display window is unappealing and lacks vibrancy. The cleanliness of the dining area was subpar during most of my visits. On a particular Sunday, the sole attendant handled all the customers with great care, despite not having any support from other staff or management. She was courteous, apologized for any delays, and showed genuine concern for the service. Kudos to her for managing the demands gracefully. Both of my orders were prepared excellently.

The service at this restaurant is inconsistent. There is one particular girl who is fantastic, but other times the service can be strange. During my most recent visit, a barista I had never seen before was unfriendly and even locked the door more than 15 minutes before closing time, making us feel like we were inconveniencing her. It was a strange experience.

Sometimes the staff in here are friendly. But be aware of the staff working during the closing shift of the weekends (like an hour before closing).It feels like they don't want to serve you at all. Just talking to their phone while making your drink. Not paying attention much to your order. When they give you the wrong drink and ask for the right one, they seemed annoyed about it.

I really enjoy this restaurant location. The service is always excellent, and I love that there are vegan options on the menu.
