The sauce was delicious, I couldn’t stop dipping the Naan bread into the sauce. I was trying to eat light so I just had the Shrimp Tikka which was accompanied with salad and vegetable . We had a Basmati rice side order. The shrimp were large which I also dipped in butter sauce. I’m definitely returning to try other dishes and recommend this restaurant.
I have been to Savera several times and recommended it to some people who have had nothing but good things to say as well. Food is great and fresh. You can tell the staff puts a lot of pride in what they do and genuinely appreciate your business and make every effort to make you feel comfortable. Dine in or take out you can't go wrong.
Another descent Indian place that one can try. I loved their papadi chat and paneer do pyaaza. The Kofta was average but rich in ingredients. The ambience is mild and comfy. The vegetable Biriyani was delicious. All in all a good Indian restaurant that makes you remember your food back home.
Just ordered take away and must say I'm so impressed with the quality of the food! Very tasty and the portions were quite large. I will say they were a bit slow so if you're ordering take away it my be better to call ahead. I will be ordering again!
Now this is a good place to try some Indian cuisine in north downtown Toronto. Their biryani is gorgeous. The nan is not bad. Good people too. Price is a little a expensive but it's worth it. I always recommend it to friends who are visiting the city.
