Pizza Pizza - Toronto

**** pizza, **** service. Ordered a two medium pizza special with four pop and two dipping sauces. After the order arrived, I noticed that they did not give me the dipping sauces requested. After numerous phone calls, I was told that the dips would not be delivered, and that I would receive a three dollar credit. No thanks. How could you mess that order up? The pizzas, which I ordered with pan crust, were far below average, even for pizza pizza. A pan pizza crust should be crispy and flavourful, not like biting into a doughy mess. There are plenty of pizzerias to order from which do a much better job of catering to their customers satisfaction. This is definitely not one of them.

This location is the most clean pizza pizza. Also the food comes always fresh and hot. The service is re fast which I love it. Everyone should visit this location because so many things have changed for last year.

Here at 6pm on a beautiful Sunday, but it’s closed even though their hours say 8:30pm. Learn to update your hours!

Coming from New York and now living in Toronto, I have been searching hard for a cheesy, soft crust pizza with a tasty sauce. I found it in FBI. From the moment, I called to place my order, I knew this was going to be a great experience. The person who took my order was very nice, had a sense of humor, and answered my first timer questions handily. I ordered a pizza with extra cheese and a short time later, it was at my door. The delivery person was also exceptional. He was directly from FBI and not a 3rd party service...which is an excellent thing these days. He was friendly and genuinely passionate about working for FBI. The pizza arrived hot...not warm. Right away, the cheese told the story. It was golden, the perfect color for cheese. It wasn 't just thrown on top as many other pizzerias do. The sauce was well flavored with a hint of basil laying nicely below the melted, gooey cheese. It wasn 't watery or runny. The crust was simply perfect...chewy without being too thick. It was fantastic and this will become my go-to for pizza. Next time, I 'm trying the wings.

Great service considering it was peek hours in sweltering heat I can't imagine having to work in such a confind space with a oven constantly running great job !
