Nova Ristorante - Toronto

Nowa ristorante is one of our favorite family places, but with covid we didn't know it was still open. drove from yesterday about lawrence and saw the turtles that they were open for taking so quickly ordered taking to dinner. had the classic kalbsparmigiana. and hühnerala nowa, along with a luxurious pizza and keile. please say that everything was as good as ever, very delicious! the food was ready to pick up on time.

Still great after all these years. great food for the price. friendly staff. from stouffville to scarborough.

We came in here for dinner and the hostess seated us. The server was very friendly. Everyone working here was very friendly. I was very surprised to find out that no one working here is Italian. Since it’s an Italian restaurant. Its right next to...Pizza Nova. My husband ordered the lasagna for $15. It didn’t come with garlic bread on the side. We ordered the garlic bread -4 slices $8. I ordered the special and it came in a little bowl similar to the lasagna bowl and it was $17.99. My only issue was that it was almost half the size of the lasagna. I mentioned to the server, “ this is a small portion. Where’s the rest?” She said that it’s a special and they rarely make it. It was loaded with cheese and lukewarm on the inside. I thought that since the bowl was hot to the touch that the food was going to be too. The presentation was lacking. The bowl is sitting on top of a paper doily. That’s so old school. I wouldn’t go back to this restaurant.

Went here for the first time tonight! Had garlic bread, minestrone soup and ravioli. All was delicious. Great service as well, cozy atmosphere.

We were here three years ago as we came to town to visit our daughter and son-in-law and we wanted to visit this place again. We were not disappointed. The food was delicious hot, well-prepared and looked very good on the plates. I definitely recommend...this place.
