Main course-The spaghetti carbonara was heavenly with generous sauce and cheese veel meatball fluuccine after my friend was super tasty with meat melt in her mouth. total due to the main course I give him 4 stars
That was a great experience of tasting Italian cuisine. We got carbonara and gnocchi. Al dente pasta and flavorful sauces. Recommend to visit this place at least ones.
Three of us dined at Motorino Citta in mid-November. It was a Monday night and very quiet. In fact there was only one other table of diners. We were greeted my a manager who ended up being our waiter also. He was very professional and an excellent waiter. This is not just the usual run-of-the-mill Italian cuisine restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised by the uniqueness and creativity on the menu. The interior space is also very unique and very attractive with a lot of red and black and white accented tones. We could not say enough positive about our experience. Perhaps because there were almost no others there that evening, we were given more attention, but it was top notch all the same. The waiter suggested some choices on the menu and we took his suggestion for an appetizer which was a twist on a fusion of Asian and Italian influenced spring rolls. They were remarkable. The entrees were equally as excellent. One had pizza while the other two of us tried one of the pasta entrees. Again, unique twists on the recipes for these made them very memorable. The only issue at all, and this is minor is the parking situation. We chose to park underground around the corner. You have to enter in a back alley. No issue there. But when we left there was no way we could find back into the parking garage. We ended up having to go around the corner and follow a guy into the building, who lived there and had access to the keypad. This is not optimal for customers nor for the person who lives there to have to do. We could likely have found street parking but any we saw nearby was already taken. Nonetheless we have been speaking praises ever since for this restaurant and will recommend it to anyone we know of who visits Toronto.
Love this place! Visited multiple times and was happy each time I came. A bit pricey but most Italian based restaurants in Toronto are in this range. Overall it is a great place to come treat yourself every now and then. Whether you want to sit and drink a coffee or splurge on a nice dinner and wine. Staff are friendly as well!
Service at this restaurant is excellent! Very attentive staff and great recommendations based on your interests. The Frittura Di Pesce is a large plate of deep fried calamari and shrimp shared with the table one thing to note is that it's mostly calamari and two or three pieces of shrimp. The individual sized pizzas and their pasta bowls are large enough to shared between two people.
