Mast Coffee - Toronto

This restaurant is the perfect spot for espresso coffee. It's the best coffee I've had since moving to Canada. The staff member working there was incredibly friendly and clearly passionate about serving top-notch coffee.

Really wanted to like this place but couldn't. between the (annoyed-sounding) cashier, flies, mediocre drinks i couldn't stay here longer than 15 mins. the walls along the floor areas need to be repainted, atmosphere needs to be friendlier, and the flies

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant this morning. The woman working seemed disengaged and tired, making it difficult to interact with her. She also served me a scalding hot latte that burnt my tongue. I may consider returning in the future, but only if she is not working.

The coffee at this café is excellent, just as you would expect from a place with a 4.5 rating. The prices are also reasonable, which is a relief considering how expensive lattes have become in downtown Toronto. Although prices have gone up over the years, it is understandable. I deduct one star, however, because the barista did not smile at us during our visit.

Visited Mast for the first time recently and thought it was a great spot to have a coffee and snack. There was quite a lineup when I got there, but the lady working took her time to provide quality drinks and good service nonetheless. Definitely would come back again.Had a flat white, overnight oats, and their sea salt chocolate cookie. Best overnight oats I’ve had to be honest really liked the texture and had a balanced taste with the berries. Flat white was great was smooth and not too bubbly with some nice art. Chocolate cookie was nice too what you’d expect with the sweet and salty combo with some good texture, served at room temp.
