Nice, quaint restaurant in Leslieville with delicious and friendly service. We tried the steak and chicken with fries and salad. We also tried the apple tart and cream brûlée. All was done nicely and tasty.

I’ve visited this place twice now. Love the half priced cote de boeuf on Tuesdays! Though it seems that it’s a lower grade meat.The first time I visited, service was amazing, the second time our server kept forgetting things we’d asked for and the other servers were more attentive.

Lovely spot with great food and service. My cocktail was delicious as well.I liked how the menu was not over-burdensome, usually means the chefs will do the few things VERY well. Will be returning.

My partner and I went on Tuesday (it’s half price) and we got the Cote de Boeuf. We upgraded to a ceaser salad and got the peppercorn sauce.It was a great portion for us. The ceaser salad dressing tasted fresh. The fries were done perfect, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside (some of the best fries I’ve had). We asked for medium and the steak was medium rare, but that was ok. It was extremely delicious. I really liked the seasoning except it was just a tad salty. The sauce was really light and perfect. I would recommend to anyone who wants a nice steak dinner for 2 that’s not super expensive.The waiter we had was very polite and I liked the atmosphere for casual dining.

I was craving for French onion soup which was one of the reasons why I choose this restaurant. It wasn’t the usual French onion soup made with beef broth. Food was average and more on the salty side. Service was friendly and good. Tables are quite close to each other. The ambience was cozy and
