Impact Kitchen - Toronto

We chose Impact because their kitchen is gluten-free free and had delicious brunch options. Two of us had the paleo waffles (they were delicious) and one had the chicken and waffles which, for a celiac is an unheard of treat. Coffee was great, they had...some great juice options, and they even had hot cacao instead of hot chocolate. Would definitely go back.

Great healthy food. Allow you to substitute items in bowls as well. Starts to get pricey when you add in proteins, however the portions are quite large! The sea salt chocolate cookie is also the best cookie I’ve EVER had!!

If you want a healthy well balanced diet without all the fatty carb laden food this is the place to go . Nice lively polished ambiance . Nice touch that they come to your table to offer you water . Only criticism was that this...was the first restaurant that i have frequented that could not provide me with a toothpick .

I went for lunch with a friend. There were some issues with the ordering process as the staff were having issues with processing payments. I ordered the Zesty Mexican. We sat down and waiting for our orders. The tables were a little too close together....My food was delicious! The presentation was beautiful and the ingredients were fresh. It was an absolute delight to my taste buds. I did find the portion too large and the bowl on the pricier side (owe $20). While it would be too pricey to have lunch at on a regular basis, the food was delicious.

My husband and I stopped in today for lunch. I had the venison stew and my husband had a bowl where he chose what he wanted in it. It was all delicious. So good to eat a lunch that you know is actually good fuel....We both live a Keto- like lifestyle. Wonderful selection for us on the menu. We also had some healthful treats a mango collagen pudding sooo good as well as an MCT bar. Thank you so much for this healthy option in the city we will be back.
