Globe Bistro - Toronto

Globe is far larger than it seems to be from the outside stretch quite far behind and has both a private party area on the second floor and a roof terrace. The atmosphere is decorated with a view of the details and is well suited for small groups. The food was good, the lobster cakes were particularly delightful. The service was good, but a little rigid. The espresso coffee was pulled too long and tastefully burned maybe the drip coffee would have been better.

Food was great and fresh. Plated beautifully. Really friend staff. Only issue we were sat beside a loud table of weirdos at a terrible place in the restaurant.

At a wedding here, they serve organic and locally grown dishes, and the dishes were incredible! Service was great, the employees were polite and very accommodating. The owner is a nice and cool guy. Very recommended!

Have a summer dinner here! Every single court was delish. Some of our friends canceled last minute, but they were super nice about it. They had our table ready on the first floor and on reaching there we asked a place on the terrace, fortunately they found a place for us. I would like to go back to try their brunch menu!

We were here for American Thanksgiving. Had the butternut squash soup, turkey and split desserts (Apple pastries with ice and pumpkin cream brulé . Excellent food with decent service. The waiter could have been more attentive and the maître de could have been more friendly. Atmosphere is A . I would go back next year. I was very happy.
