One order was requested without spicy things and it was still spicy

This was awful. I have got Fat **** many times before and we did not get the right order. Not all of the toppings that we ordered were on the burrito and it was basically plain! Awful experience, if I could I would like my money back. this is NOT the quality I expected from fat ****. If I could give this 0 stars I would.

AWFUL! The delivery man had our order on its side so food juice leaked all over and ruined our meal! Super disappointed in your service and the little attention to detail your couriers don’t have! Awful awful service!

Would have been helpful if they put the burritos in larger bags to carry
