Beautiful little hidden gem in the downtown core Our server was friendly , funny and interactive. Very helpful with dietary restrictions. Food was fast and very very good !!!! Excellent value for the quality Definitely would recommend and we’ll be back

Great date night with my wife at EST. Elegant, chill and super tasty.

First thing I noticed after visiting the owner chef changed. Menu also changed entirely. Menu seemed very classic. For a price of 30+ each dish, I expect an explanation of the dish that is served to us, but there were not any. The speed of the dishes coming out was very slow and I was the only table left. The term between app and entree was more than 30min after the app plates were taken away. Octopus was over cooked. tenderloin the crust was dried and burnt which is not ideal on a tenderloin. The sides of the main were all the same but different protein, which was very disappointing which makes me compare with the previous est restaurant. If the name was kept the same, people will demand for more for sure. What was most disappointing was it was my wife's birthday and I marked for that when I made reservation. I do not expect anything on the house when I visit on a birthday. I expect servers to know this info because that is a whole point of booking on a open table and I didnt hear a single word or a letter mentioning.
