Chick-fil-a - Toronto

Finally tried Chick-fil-A and it was alright. Their waffles fries were kind of sub par, flimsy and a bit underwhelming.The spicy chicken sandwich wasn’t nearly as good as the same from BK or especially Wendys. The chicken strips were decent, crispy on the outside and tender and juicy inside.Service was quite good though, they give you any amount of sauces and were quite courteous when I went.I’m glad I finally tried Chick-fil-A but there are much better options for fast food chicken sandwiches.

Given all the hype around this place I was very disappointed by the experience. The ordering process is chaotic and confusing. Once you've paid it's not clear where you stand to get your food. The classic chicken sandwich was mediocre with a cheap bun. I can say I've tried it but won't be back.

So far every time I have eaten here with my family the food has been really good. We have had the sandwiches and the salads and they were great. The service was good even though they are always busy.

Chick-fil-A is always a great choice. I was impressed when an employee approached me during the busy lunch hour to offer napkins, a level of service I had not experienced before. The food was delicious and served hot, just as I expected. I had an excellent dining experience and will definitely return when I am in the area.

As usual, the restaurant was amazing but very busy. The service was good and they were offering a promotion of a free milkshake with a meal combo. However, it was so crowded that I had to take my order to go instead of dining in.
